i found the location great! it's a quick walk to rialto and st marks sq, but tucked away just enough for peace and quiet. the staff were always helpful and friendly, a real plus. the hotel kept things well, my room was modern and spacious.

a venetian dream

The hotel sits perfectly between san marco and the rialto bridge (it is quite central!). everything is a short walk of perhaps 10 to 20 minutes. i loved arriving by water taxi. The hotel features its own canal entrance, a must. the decor struck me as fabulous, with a cosy and stylish ambiance. staff members acted very friendly. the room featured canal views which enhanced the romantic feeling. breakfast was tasty and fresh.
The triple room offered a less desirable canal view. I felt i needed to lean out the window to fully see the canal.

staff members provided excellent service from arrival to departure. they addressed all requests promptly. the team gave helpful recommendations regarding local restaurants, making the whole experience more authentic.

the hotel enjoys a superb location near the rialto water bus stop. this provides convenient access to various attractions. many shops and restaurants surround the hotel, meaning i didn't have to walk far for anything.

the hotel offers luxurious interiors with an eighteenth-century atmosphere. my room was spacious with high ceilings. the bathroom included a very large space with a great atmosphere (especially at night!).

the staff arranged transportation from the airport and to the rail station. our suite was spacious with beautiful decor. i found water taxi service to the hotel took about twenty minutes, scenic. water taxis cost eighty euros.

Fantastic Location and Service

The hotel location was great. A short walk took me to San Marco Square. The Rialto Bridge was also nearby. I found one of the best gelato shops between the hotel and the Rialto. The staff was wonderful. They were always smiling. The front desk people were really lovely. They were always happy to assist. I arrived by water taxi, and this was a special experience. The hotel provides wonderful direction to find it fast.
The breakfast, though good, was not very diversed. I wanted to see more options.
